Taking a break from his cross-country “Excuse My French” tour, French Montana closed out the final night of FADER Fort at SXSW 2013. Backed by a live band, the Bronx-native ran through a medley of 2012 street cuts he appeared on including “Mula,” “Actin’ Up,” “Racked Up Shawty.” Wasting no time, French called on a few guests as Macklemore and Wanz joined the stage to perform his hit-single “Thrift Shop.” After going through a mini Coke Boys set with Chinx Drugz, the biggest surprise appeared on stage as Diddy appeared for “Ocho Cinco.” With some words of support to the yearly festival, Puff rocked out to his “Same Damn Time” remix verse and “All About the Benjamins.”
French closed his set off performing “Stay Schemin” and “Pop That” before calling on his guests to return on stage to pose for Instagram photos.
