Video: Kendrick Lamar and Drake Star in a Story of Love and Murder in the Video for "Poetic Justice"
Kendrick Lamar has shared the video for "Poetic Justice", the Janet Jackson-sampling collaboration with Drake from last year's good kid, m.A.A.d city. The clip, which begins with the disclaimer, "All characters in this visual are entirely fictional. The events that occur are purely symbolic and should not be taken literal," is a gorgeous, high-def story of love and murder. It features Drake in bed with a naked woman as he repeatedly tries to get in touch with an absent Kendrick on the phone.
Lamar tried to get Jackson herself to appear in the video but apparently failed-- she's nowhere to be found here.
