When the music’s playing, Miley Cyrus’ “We Can’t Stop” video is fun, sexy, and a little random, but it makes enough sense and the visuals are distracting enough that there was no need to question what was happening. Turn the music off, though, and it’s a different story. College Humor cut the music and inserted some overdubs, and things get really weird. It’s awkward, strange, a little unsettling, and definitely hilarious.
